ONE SESSION, FIVE VIEWS

What a single capture actually contains

Every session is more than a video file. Here's what ships from one recorded task, synchronized to a single clock.

Head-mounted RGB capture. Replace with your own session footage.

Capture footage, not renders

A rotating sample of raw sessions across environments.

ENVIRONMENTS WE COVER

Egocentric data across real-world environments

Every collection program is scoped to the environment where your robot will operate. We come to you.

Warehouse and logistics environment for first-person robotics data.
INDOOR OPERATIONS

Warehouse & logistics

Picking, palletizing, inventory handling, barcode scanning, and forklift operations.

Industrial manufacturing floor for egocentric data collection.
FACTORY FLOOR

Manufacturing

Assembly, machine tending, welding, packaging, inspection, and quality control.

Commercial workspace and service environment for robotics data collection.
SERVICE ENVIRONMENT

Food & Hospitality

Commercial kitchens, food preparation, service workflows, and back-of-house operations.

Household task environment for natural first-person demonstrations.
OUTDOOR OPERATIONS

Agriculture

Harvesting, crop inspection, greenhouse tasks, irrigation, and field equipment handling.

Orange KUKA robotic arm equipped with a 3D perception dual-lens camera in an industrial setting.
CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Energy & Utilities

Infrastructure inspection, maintenance, utility operations, and industrial equipment interaction.

Industrial manufacturing floor for egocentric data collection.
FIELD ENVIRONMENT

Construction & Field Operations

Material handling, site inspection, tool use, and repetitive outdoor workflows.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Everything a collection program includes, laid out plainly

No vague promises about scale. Here is exactly what you get when you bring a task list to Robotics Data: the hardware, the people on site, the review process, and the file you actually train on.

Multi-camera capture rig mounted for egocentric data collection
01

Multi-modal capture

Head-mounted and wrist-mounted RGB, depth, and IMU streams, all synchronized to a single clock so nothing drifts frame to frame.

02

Environment sourcing

Real industrial and MSME floors across Punjab, arranged through our own factory relationships. Not a staged set, not stock footage.

03

Annotation pipeline

Scene, action, and pose labeling on every session, checked by a person before anything ships to you.

04

Custom task design

Protocols built around your task list and your robot's actual action space, so the data maps to what you are training.

05

Delivery formats

LeRobot, HDF5, or RLDS, packaged and ready to load. You spend your time training, not writing a parser.

06

Data rights

Non-exclusive licensing by default, with exclusive collection runs available for teams that need it.

We own our capture hardware and deploy it on demand, so there is no third-party rig dependency slowing a program down.See the hardware →
FROM THE TEAM

Built by people who have collected robotics data

We built Robotics Data AI after spending time where robotics datasets are actually created: factory floors, research labs, and real deployment environments. Every workflow, capture rig, and QA process on this platform comes from operational experience.

Robotics Data team workstation reviewing captured session data

Incubated at IM Punjab

Part of the Innovation Mission Punjab cohort in Mohali, with direct access to real factory floors for on-site capture.

Built from real deployments

Our capture rigs, collection workflows, and quality standards were refined through real robotics projects. Every improvement comes from field feedback.

DATA PROVENANCE AND COMPLIANCE

What your legal team will ask before you do

Every session we collect carries a paper trail. Before a legal review ever needs to ask, we have already answered the three questions that come up on every deal.

Worker consent

Every operator we capture signs documented consent before a session starts, kept on file and available for review.

Right-to-use license

Clear, written licensing terms travel with every dataset, so there is no ambiguity about what you are allowed to train on.

Chain of custody

Factory to collection to annotation to delivery. Each step is logged, so you can trace any session back to its source.

This is a summary. Full terms and sample consent documentation are available on request.Talk to us →
Frame prepared for 2D bounding box annotation
NEED 2D ANNOTATION TOO?

A separate, purpose built workflow

Egocentric collection and 2D annotation are different jobs, so we do not force them through the same pipeline. For bounding boxes, segmentation, and standard 2D labeling, we route work to Labellerr, our sister annotation platform built specifically for that task.

CUSTOM COLLECTION PROGRAMS

Tell us what your robot needs to learn.

Describe the task, the environment, and your hardware. We'll scope a collection program around your exact requirements and get back to you within 48 hours.
