During a factory collection program, our capture rigs record task-relevant video, depth, and sensor data from consenting workers performing their normal work, things like hand movements, tool use, and the objects and equipment involved. We do not record faces as an identification feature, and we do not capture ID documents, badges, or other personally identifying paperwork.
Through the website, we collect the information you choose to give us (a name, email, and message when you contact us or request a sample dataset), plus basic analytics described in Section 6.
Before any capture session begins, workers are briefed on what's being recorded, why, and how it will be used, and consent is confirmed on-site through the facility partner's sign-off process for that session. A worker can withdraw consent at any point during a session simply by stopping; footage from a withdrawn session is excluded from the delivered dataset.
Captured data is used to build annotated datasets for licensing to robotics and AI teams, for training and evaluating manipulation, navigation, and vision models. It is not used to monitor, rank, or evaluate individual worker productivity, and we don't provide footage back to a facility for that purpose.
Finished datasets are licensed to customers on a non-exclusive basis under a signed dataset license; we don't sell raw, unannotated footage. We may share limited account and billing information with payment processors and infrastructure providers strictly to operate the business, under their own confidentiality obligations.
Raw footage is retained while it's being processed into an annotated dataset and for a limited period after delivery to support quality reviews, then archived or deleted per the retention schedule agreed with the relevant factory partner. Annotated datasets already licensed to a customer are retained per that customer's license term.
This site uses standard analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve the site, things like which pages are visited and how long a session lasts. No advertising trackers are used, and analytics data is not linked back to factory capture data.
If you're located in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and raise a grievance if you believe your data has been mishandled. We aim to acknowledge these requests within a reasonable time and resolve them directly wherever possible.
