Can workers refuse to be filmed?
Yes. Participation is voluntary, and we work with your designated point of contact to ensure everyone involved is informed before any recording takes place.
How long is the commitment?
Every partnership begins with a short pilot. There's no long-term obligation unless both sides decide to continue.
Will production need to stop?
No. Collection sessions are scheduled around your operations to minimize disruption. Our team works with your schedule, not the other way around.
Is anything signed before filming starts?
Yes. Scope, responsibilities, payment terms, scheduling, and recording conditions are agreed in writing before any work begins.
Can confidential processes be excluded?
Absolutely. Before recording begins, we identify any restricted areas, proprietary equipment, or sensitive processes and exclude them from collection.
How and when do we get paid?
Payment terms are agreed before the engagement begins. Once the agreed collection is completed, payment is made according to the signed agreement.
